Washington : A tragic collision between a passenger plane and a helicopter near an airport in Washington has led to the deaths of all those on board. The impact caused the plane to break into pieces, and both the wreckage and the helicopter crashed into the nearby river. The accident resulted in the deaths of 64 people aboard the aircraft, as well as 3 military personnel aboard the helicopter.
Among the victims was Pakistani woman Asri Hussain. According to the Washington D.C. Fire Chief, 41 bodies have been recovered so far. Media reports confirm that the remains of 41 individuals have been retrieved, with 28 of them already identified. Authorities have stated that all 67 people involved in the incident are presumed dead.
