Daniëlle Toxii isn’t your typical tattoo enthusiast. The Dutch body modification artist has taken self-expression to extraordinary levels – with full-body ink, subdermal implants resembling horns, a split tongue, and perhaps most shockingly, her own preserved nose in a jar. “I keep all my removed body parts,” she casually mentions to her 155,000 Instagram followers.
Her dramatic transformation over just four years has sparked intense debate. When she shared a “before” photo showing her natural appearance, reactions ranged from admiration to horror. “You were so beautiful before,” one commenter lamented, while others accused her of “devil worship.”
But Toxii sees her modifications differently. “Imperfections make you unique,” she explains. The nose removal, she admits, was excruciating – far worse than the horn-like forehead implants. Yet for her, these changes represent an ongoing artistic journey rather than self-destruction.

While some question the speed of her transformations, her supporters celebrate her as a living work of art. “Beautiful at every stage,” one fan wrote, capturing the polarized responses to her ever-evolving appearance. Toxii continues documenting her journey, proving that for some, the human body is the ultimate canvas.
