She was the dream of many crushes in the 1980s, but just see how she looks now…😓💔

Posted on April 4, 2026

After her role in Crocodile Dundee, Linda Kozlowski gained global fame. Starring alongside Paul Hogan, the film marked a major turning point in her career. However, after the Dundee series and a few other roles, Kozlowski gradually faded from the Hollywood spotlight.

Born on January 7, 1958, in Fairfield, Connecticut, Linda developed a passion for acting and enrolled in the prestigious theater program at the Juilliard School. Upon graduating in 1981, she made her stage debut in several off-Broadway musicals. She eventually moved into supporting roles on Broadway and in television, including a notable part in the TV film Death of a Salesman, where she starred alongside Dustin Hoffman.

Kozlowski’s path to fame wasn’t easy. After her role in Death of a Salesman, she struggled to find work and worked as a waitress before relocating to California. During this time, Dustin Hoffman, who had become her mentor, offered her a room in his Malibu beach house. From there, Linda began auditioning for roles that would change her life forever.

She landed the role of Sue Charlton in Crocodile Dundee, a part that Hoffman had suggested for her. The film became a massive hit, grossing almost $320 million on a $10 million budget, and Linda quickly became a household name. Interestingly, the film first premiered in Australia, where it helped establish her fame.

Despite her newfound success, Linda felt she wasn’t receiving the recognition she deserved in Hollywood. She turned down several offers to play the girlfriend of a comedic lead, though she did appear in the Crocodile Dundee sequels. After the third installment, she made the decision to retire from acting entirely.

During the making of the Crocodile Dundee films, Linda fell in love with her co-star Paul Hogan. They married in 1990, and their son, Chance, was born in 1998. However, their marriage ended in 2014.

After her separation from Hogan, Linda chose to live life on her own terms. With a substantial payout, she shifted her focus and moved to Morocco, where she met a local tour guide named Moulay Hafid Baba. Their immediate connection led to a transformative change in both their lives.

Together, in Marrakech, Linda and Moulay Hafid Baba founded Dream My Destiny, a luxury travel company offering personalized travel experiences. Linda’s life had shifted from Hollywood to the stunning landscapes of Morocco.

At the age of 63, Linda Kozlowski has embraced a fulfilling life away from the spotlight. Focusing on her work in the travel industry, she uses the intuition she honed in her acting career to craft unforgettable experiences for others. For Linda, real life has proven to be more rewarding than anything Hollywood could offer.
