Baby was looking for a safe warm place for a little nap!

The little cup was probably cold and lonely and just needed to hug and feel secure.
The cub needed warmth and a heartbeat, he got both.

A security alert woke the farmer after motion was detected inside his chicken coop. Expecting a fox trying to grab one of his birds, he jumped out of bed and hurried outside with a broom. Instead, he found a bear cub.

The cub was curled up inside one of the nesting boxes, snuggled against two chickens that seemed completely unbothered by their unexpected guest.

The farmer captured the moment on his iPhone before contacting wildlife officials to safely remove the cub and search the area for its mother.

He later said he’d seen plenty of strange things around his farm, but never expected his chickens to accept a bear into their coop.
“I guess he wasn’t looking for dinner, he wanted companionship.”

So glad he stayed calm and handled it well for a good outcome
